DOES YOUR 50 FEET OF ANCHOR ROPE GET TANGLED? USE ADD A ROPE INSTEAD.
Typically you only need about 12 feet of anchor rope. If you need more, just add an extension. Cut your anchor line into two or three parts. One end is fixed to your anchor. Loop all the other ends and if you need more rope, just thread one section into another. Just bring the extra extensions with you just in case you need it.
